New gated community at Kudlu which has all the basic amenities covered namely spacious car parking, swimming pool, gym, amphitheatre etc...

This apartment is suitable and appreciate the construction. All the areas are well approaching from this location if you work in HSR, Sarjapur or Electronic City Bangalore. Good amenities getting ready not available in 5KM area I have seen. However more than 5 KM. So I love staying here.

Key highlight of the project is its location, close to the upcoming metro.. Units are well ventilated with no common walls and has got lot of amenities. The fitting used is from premium brands.. and is ready to move in....Builder supports well for all the processes like loan, registration etc... making them hassle free...

I have been the Second buyer of this property and I am happy to share this review. The builder has totally given their commitment for Quality work and all branded fittings all over. There has been no instance to question their quality and standards. I just believe I got a great deal for a great price at a great place........if anyone looking for a descent residence - just decide on this.

Sumo Sonnet happened when we left the hope for a home in Bangalore after loosing money to the 'X' builder. This 'X' builder has promised a lot due to which we booked a flat there .but then we came to know the paper work was not proper and hence cancellation .Instead of apologizing for providing partial info by the builder , they charged us money saying the charges are for blocking the flat for some time. Then came sumo sonnet :) Locality,connectivity, Quality of build,commitments , amenities all up to our expectation. Great work done by sumo group. And we are happy to finally find out dream home after 1 year of searching that to in our budget.
